Thank you for shopping with Custom Stringing by EASG. We’re committed to getting your custom dyed heads, strung pockets, and gear to you safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship items: Usually ship the same or next business day.
  • Custom dyed heads, pocket restorations, and tennis stringing: Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipping.
  • Team orders and large custom work may take slightly longer — we’ll communicate timelines with you directly.

Local Service (Tampa Bay Area)

  • We offer flexible local drop-off and meetups at fields or courts. Simply message us to arrange a convenient hand-off. Most local orders are completed and returned within 7 days.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, with tracking information provided by email once your package departs.
  • Shipping speeds and options are shown at checkout.
  • Tracking information is sent to your email as soon as your order leaves our shop.
  • Local pickup is available in the Tampa Bay area (Florida) at no charge.

Shipping Rates

  • Local Pickup (Tampa Bay): Free
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, product type, and selected speed.
  • For “Mail Your Own Head” orders, the cost includes both inbound (customer to E.A.) and outbound (E.A. to customer) shipping labels, displayed as a single fee at checkout.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at stringing@easgraphics.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
