Because every item is custom hand-crafted, all sales are final.

Custom Work Policy

  • Custom dyed heads, strung pockets, and restorations are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the personalized nature of the work.
  • Adjustments for workmanship issues (not preference changes) may be offered at our discretion within 30 days of delivery.

Exceptions

  • Item arrives damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item was sent

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding defective goods.
